Last summer’s pop-up store in Whistler was a huge success, and this year, to take it to the next level, we returned with none other than Freeride Entertainment to do it all again and launch our first clothing collection together.
From Friday, July 19 through Sunday, July 28, visitors had the opportunity to be the first to shop our new Freeride Nightmares collection ahead of its online release, as well as a silver keychain and leather goods made exclusively for us by Bulok and Unmarked, respectively, and a selection of Nightmares and Freeride apparel pieces.
We turned the space into a museum so everyone could see and enjoy an art exhibition with historical pieces from the Freeride archive, such as original photos, posters, movie props, and gear worn by some of the riders in the New World Disorder films.
Once again, our space proved to be a magnet for the core, like-minded individuals who think differently within the bike world, and the response was amazing.
Thank you to the Gibbons team for their support and for providing us with a place to bring art and culture to town, Freeride Entertainment for their trust in this project, and everyone who visited and supported our vision.
