Shipping & Returns


All orders are shipped from Barcelona, Spain via Correos and their related international carriers based on the most efficient delivery.

International customers are responsible for customs duties and brokerage fees in addition to shipping costs assessed during checkout. Bicycle Nightmares assumes no responsibility in those packages held in customs if those charges are not settled by the customer.

You will receive an email with a tracking number from us when your order has been processed, confirmed, and shipped.

Purchased items will be shipped within 10 business days of the order, although most will be shipped within 3 to 4.

Delivery times may vary and depend on your location. Usually, items are delivered between 2 to 3 working days for Spain, 4 to 7 working days for Europe, and 7 to 14 working days for International countries.

If you don’t receive your order, please notify us.


To return or exchange an item, it must have the original packaging and be in as-new condition.

Customers are financially responsible for shipping the item back to Bicycle Nightmares and shipping the exchanged item back to their respective countries. Please use a reputable shipping company with tracking information or proof of postage, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

All exchanges are dependent on existing stock. Orders placed at the retail price will have any exchange option available, while those purchased at a sale price are considered final sales. All processed orders shipped before any sale may not be exchanged for items at their discounted price.

To cancel or change an order, you must contact us within 12 hours of placing the order.

For any problems or concerns with the products, please notify us within 2 days of shipment receipt.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
